Youk's power took a steep drop, but I'd still take that OBP any day

However, $12M this year, $13M next

Not sure why they used 2011 as the cutoff.

Since the start of the 2010 season, he is hitting .238/.289/.420 with a 23.2% K rate

                he's been horrible

he has a 2 mil buyout after 2013, so you'd be picking up the rest of his 5 mil this season and at least 7 mil in future commitments

It's Donovan Solano coming up, not Chris Coghlan.

                      Actually, it may be both:

Infielder Donovan Solano will join the Miami Marlins Sunday in Cleveland. The report first surfaced through the media outlet El Tiempo in Colombia and Solano later confirmed via text message.

What remains unclear is whether Solano is coming up to take Gaby Sanchez’s roster spot or if the Marlins are bringing up two players. Chris Coghlan was expected to join the Marlins for Sunday’s series finale in part because they will be without center fielder Emilio Bonifacio (thumb). It’s possible the Marlins have determined Bonifacio will require a stint on the disabled list and Coghlan in addition to Solano is on his way. Neither player was in Saturday’s New Orleans lineup against Colorado Springs.

I mean, to me, that's what sports fans do. When stuff is good, they roll in it. When stuff is bad, they bitch about it. When they're right about something, they gloat about it. When they're wrong about something, they act surprised about it.

and no, I'm not reformatting all this shit

Nothing surprising about the Bengals game today.

They gon lose next week too.

Anyone who has some common sense and doesn't only think about how a move would impact the team's bottom line would be an upgrade.

So, actually, I guess the first part eliminates Millen.

I truly think I could run the Bengals better football-wise than they're currently run. And I'm not even one of those assholes who always thinks this about his teams.

Just by getting rid of assholes who get arrested, I'd be doing a better job.

                            in regards to Miguel Cabrera:

If he's a Florida Marlin in 2010, I'll be more shocked than I was when Ramp told me an actual university gave him a degree.

when the Bengals drafted Jerome Simpson there was this exchange:

As we get closer to the Bengals spot...James Hardy, Malcolm Kelly, DeSean Jackson and Limas Sweed are ALL on the board.

                            I'm dying right now.

Ok, we're now guaranteed to have Malcolm Kelly, DeSean Jackson or Limas Sweed on the board when we pick.

We have to take one of these 3 guys. HAVE TO.

They want Kelly. If he's there, that's the pick.

We should have had the card up there 15 seconds after we went on the clock.

                            You'd have to ask them.

There is a difference between rooting for a guy to fail and what Polky does with Skipworth.

Isn't that what tr305 is doing for literally almost every aspect of the team right now.
