Yankees fans coming to Marlins Park on Sunday and Monday can look forward to eating assorted knishes.
Cardinals fans on Opening Night can look forward to St. Louis-style ribs.
Dodger dogs when the Dodgers are in Miami. Bison Burgers when the Rockies come to Marlins Park.
Among the many amenities at Marlins Park this year will be concession items that either can be found at the visiting team’s home park or are traditional to that team’s city.
On the first significant homestand this season, Marlins Park will sell smoked brisket sandwiches when the Astros are in town.
Chicago dogs will be sold when the Cubs come to town. Corn Beef Reubens will be sold at Mets games in Miami.
As a Pittsburgh native, I’m curious about what they’ll see when the Pirates are in town — The Slugger, which I’m told is Levy Restaurant’s version of the Primanti Bros. steak sandwich on sourdough bread topped with French fries and vinegar-based cole slaw.
Here’s the complete Marlins Park visiting team menu, courtesy of Levy Restaurants.
