      I would argue moments make the player. Reggie Jackson turned 'Reg-gie Reg-gie Reg-gie' into a number in monument park and a cap logo in Cooperstown. The body of work is incredibly important, but those 'moments' also count, I think a lot more than you're giving credit for.

        Yeah, but a 200 point OPS advantage more than washes out those moments.

          Voted Gonzo not because he's a better Marlins SS than Hanley, but because Gonzo brings me back to a time when it was cool to have a Marlins team that actually appreciated good defense.
