Respect the decisions of your manager because you can't play with a clean up hitter. Not even if your A-Rod or Pujols. That's what it translates to.

His written Spanish is pretty awful. Im only speculating because his phrasing is totally wrong.

I read it wrong, I took it as saying your couldn't touch your 4th hitter, as in move him around in the lineup.

I didn't know "tocar" meant bunt in Spanish. Funny thing is, Spanish is my first language lol

tocar can mean different things based on the sentence. Could mean hit or play in this situation.

Tocar mostly means "to play," (like yo toco la guitarra.) It also can mean "to touch," so in baseball they say toca, meaning bunt.
