It sounds to me if it was reported as said no clarification would have been needed.

Yeah, this is the reporter's fault for selectively choosing what to report.

Hanley seems to be a cancer to me. If you dont think team chemistry and leadership matter your wrong. Tallent puts up good numbers, but tallent, chemistry, and leadership wins penants.

Remember when Billy Martin got into a fight with Reggie Jackson in the dugout and then their team didn't win the World Series?

If you think team chemistry and leadership matter, you have no idea what you're talking about.

See what I did there? Discussions are really easy when you don't bring any analysis.

And for those people that love to believe in that leadership/chemistry crap for sports, baseball would be the sport that it would have the least about of impact on. Baseball is basically the more individualized team sport out there. The fact that your LF hates your SS won't have any negative effect on their own performances.

You think its just the LF who has a problem with the ss

The whole team can hate him and it won't make a fucking difference with how they perform.

In fact, they hate Hanley so much that they are like 5-25 without him in the lineup.

Winning creates good team chemistry or at least the perception. Not the other way around.

                          /obvious or so I thought

The only time I can think that it matters is between a pitcher and a catcher. And even then. Meh.

Morrison does need to clamp it, at least for a while. Worry more about your plate approach than what witty tomfoolery you are going to tweet later in the evening.

Asked whether Ramirez could be that anchor, Morrison said: “I guess, but he’s not there every game. It’s 162 games. It’s not a 100-game season.”
That's a douchey statement. Unless his next sentence was "wow, that came out wrong" then I don't care what he said after.
