If Sanchez was being recalled, he wouldn't need to leave the game early. There's no game tonight, so there's no rush to get him to Houston. He could finish out the game and then take a flight tonight.

To further that point, New Orleans was home. It's only about a five and a half hour drive from there to Houston. Definitely no reason to pull him from a game today if he'd been called up.Comment
