I thought the stadium ballots don't come until later, I was always under the impression the first voting total is almost exclusively online votes.

And the reason I say this is when they were doing the 'vote Hanley' 'vote Miggy' 'vote Pudge' stuff where they'd incentivize people with memorabilia for filling out the most ballots, whoever was the team guy in charge of that would always say something to the effect of "the Marlins will make up a lot of ground because our submission deadline isn't for x days and so not only do we have these, we have all the other stadium ballots, too."

I think he means counting. Stadium vote totals are like precinct ballots, they are counted last because of the logistics involved. First results are always absentee totals.
