To me the pitching decision was irrelevant. The club was set up with runners on 2nd and 3rd 1 out in the 9th of a tie game and couldn't execute. They were in position to win and failed.

If you're going to say Edwin should have saved Nunez for the meat of the order I would counter with just get me to the next AB with a tie game so we can win it. I don't think you can manage a game expecting it to go 13 innings. You make the moves you think will help you win, and you should confidence that your team will push a across a run.
