very odd things, marlins.com is reporting it is an injury
Marlins right-hander Alex Sanabia is suffering from a sore right elbow, which resulted in him being scratched from Tuesday's start, manager Edwin Rodriguez told reporters in Lakeland, Fla., on Tuesday.
On Monday, Rodriguez suggested that Sanabia had been scratched to work on the mechanics of his delivery, rather than for a health-related issue.
Sanabia projects to start the year in Triple-A, but showed his ability in the Majors for part of last season. Sanabia went 5-3 with a 3.73 in 12 starts for Florida down the stretch in 2010.Originally posted by Madman81Most of the people in the world being dumb is not a requirement for you to be among their ranks.

Speaking of west...
Sean West will make his first spring training start on Thursday in a split-squad game against the Tigers. It will mark West’s first game since the Marlins sent him home from the Arizona Fall League after he complained of soreness in his left forearm.
West is the top left-handed starting option for the Marlins, who don’t have a southpaw in their five-man rotation.
“I’m pretty pumped,” West said of his scheduled spring debut. “Everything feels good.”"You owe it to yourself to find your own unorthodox way of succeeding, or sometimes, just surviving."
