His performance last year after labrum surgery was a minor miracle. Including his 2009 rehab stints, he had an 82 IP jump between 2009 and 2010. It is 109 IP if we exclude rehab starts. 195 IP is also the most Anibal has thrown in his career.
If Anibal is down for an extended period of time, barring someone blowing up, I don't see the current roster being legitimate contenders. The same can be said about losing JJ, Javy and Nolasco but I'd put all three behind Anibal in the most likely to suffer a foreseeable injury.
