The grass used here in Houston makes sense. Our climate is similar and we also have a retractable roof stadium here.

Size is comparable to AT&T Park and PNC Park. Both ~950,000 square feet.

In negotiations now to put a restaurant on the first base side of the ballpark.

Decision to close the roof will be made 3 hours prior to gametime in order to cool the building.
