That makes more sense to me than Uggla at 3rd, Big Z.

Can't really evaluate the trade based solely on what comes back to us from the Braves. Verdict is still out until it's shown what players we sign for the money that would've been committed for Uggla's 4/$48 offer.

Any word if the trade included the "His Name is Dan Uggla" home run call?

Capozzi saying it's gonna be Cogs in CF with Infante and Bonifacio at 2nd and 3rd in some combination.

Infield defense should be passable but any ball hit in the air is going to be an adventure.

So we help up a division rival who already finished with a better record than us last year by giving them our career homerun leader and all we get back is a likely one year stopgap in the infield (until Dominguez is ready) and a reliever? How can you guys think this is a good trade?

                  Wow that's awful

So much for improving defense. Perrys got his work cut out for him

You mean to tell me we couldn't get anything better from OUTSIDE THE DIVISION than Omar Infante and Mike Dunn? What the FUCK?

So you think this is a good deal? LOL.

EDIT: I just read your other post and you don't, so what's the problem?

Jason Jackson is filling in for Dan and Stugotz and he's evaluating the trade. He should probably check to know that Dunn is a LHP.

Bonifacio should be pretty good defensively at second.

Infante won't be much better than average at 3B. Cogs in CF is going to be awful. Logan is still in LF. Gaby is still at 1B. Hanley is still at SS and who knows if he's gonna care.

Yeah, this team is probably gonna be bad defensively again.
