No idea but last time I drove by there were brackets embedded in the concrete where the name is supposed to go.

Now that I live downtown, I drive by it pretty much everyday. It looks better by the day and the parking garages are looking very good.

Glass that will encircle the lower level:



In some of the early sketches this glass is yellow, red, blue and green. Good thing they went with blue. lol
