When I said that, all indications were that they were going to attempt to sign/retain him. If that had happened, there was 0% chance. Not a low chance, no chance. When they didnt, the Marlins were in play. But it took those teams not having interest for the Marlins to have any chance whatsoever.

Exactly. When I made the "0%" prediction, it was being reported that they were going to try. And that is the context I made the statement in. If they had indeed made an offer, there was 0% chance for the Marlins. They didnt.

I said I was wrong. But the context in which I made the 0% prediction was not. As stated, it was predicated on the White Sox and Cardinals vying for his services, and if they had the Marlins had no shot at landing Buehrle no matter what they offered him. However, they didnt. Would it have been better if I had said "theres 0% chance the Marlins sign Buehrle if the White Sox and/or Cardinals make him an offer"?
