Hernandez is deserving of a chance to start in the Majors. Like Gallen, there is just no need for him now in Miami, but he's pitched very well. He's definitely not the top pitching prospect, but he just turned 24 and has dominated AAA in 8 starts so far. I wouldn't be so fast to say he's destined to be a reliever yet. Him having a 61/14 K to BB ratio in 42 AAA innings is not insignificant.

Isan Diaz continued his impressive May.

He's definitely getting a future MLB starter opportunity and he definitely deserves it. I just think he's a future MLB reliever.

But then again the Marlins old front office thought the same thing of Luis Castillo and he is now a legit top end starter so who really knows.
