Woah, Edward cabrera giving some credence to those that view him as the sleeper pitching prospect in the system. 6 no hit innings in greensboro, 2 walks, 3 k's, and just 68 pitches. Only allowed 1 run last start too but had a ton of walks. Just 68 pitches too, only 37 strikes though but still obviously its getting the job done. Would like to see him start throwing more strikes though. Hate that we cut him off at 68 pitches though. Mentioned before but i am a pitch count and not innings limit guy. Feels like we have a set number of innings we want guys to throw and take them out whether they have 90 pitches or 50. Did it with Paddack a bunch when he had that run in greensboro and it clearly didnt help his injury prevention either.
side note, greensboro has very little in terms of hitting prospects this year.

Finally got word from the broadcast tonight that Guzman has been dealing with an oblique injury and thats why he hasnt been pitching.
