Couple signings by the Marlins last week (in addition to the release of Woods), c/o Baseball America:

-RHP Travis Ballew was signed out of the American Association. He's in Jupiter. He played in the Astros organization in 2015, reaching AA and AAA. Ballew was originally a 23rd round draft pick by Houston in 2012.
-RHP Marcus Crescentini was signed after being waived by the Dodgers on June 11. He's now in Batavia. He had a 7.71 ERA in 16 games in full-season A ball prior to being released by LA.
-RHP Ty Provencher was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Long Beach State. He amassed 16 saves in four seasons, with a 1.98 ERA over that time. 131.2 innings, 30 BB, 102 Ks in his Dirtbags career.
