Nobody's actually been skipped, and if I see somebody's online while I have a list, I IM/PM/Message them.

So, no draft picks have been stolen, and no special favors have been made.

However, the league respects your concerns and will try to keep them under consideration for all future endeavors.

I have no problem with the 3 hour rule being out the window at 10pm to noon, but once it hits 4pm and a pick hasnt been made, it's kinda liek they havent even looked.

I don't mind giving people an extension as long as it is reasonable. I think during the day it's fine since a lot of us have class or work. In the grand scheme of things I think it only will help the league if everyone is happy with their team and things don't get too far off track.

I wouldnt want to get stuck with a player I dont' want because I ASSUMED something.
