Alright folks, unless there're no objections, Im formally removing Portland and Honlulu, I'll leave their managers in the game, should they decide to come back down the road or whatnot.
Before that, Im going to set up the expansion draft for starting tomorrow, majors then minors, same as before. Send in lists, cannot stress this enough, or I'll BPA for you. Umm... Pick as soon as you can, I'd like this to be expeditious, good luck to everyone and have fun.CSBC Commish

Suggestion: Either do minor and major at same time, or don't do same draft order each time. Cleveland got overstocked with talent last year because they got so many picks like that. It rewards teams for being bad rather than trying to help the teams in the middle of the pack
If you're still going to keep separate drafts, I suggest something like

Probably do that for the ML phase, since that helps the middle teams get better talent now, while the worst teams don't (they need talent later anyway) nor do the good teams (who don't get good talent now or prospects)

You could also do something like break teams in groups of 3

That'll better support the lower teams and hurt the higher teams more
