So the Marlins officially eliminated the Phillies from postseason play last night. At least we'll always have that from 2012.

Question: if two teams end up tied for the division lead (i.e.: the Yankees and Orioles), would they have a one-game playoff to decide the division winner? Or does it go to tiebreakers?

They used to use tiebreakers in that scenario (01 Astros/Cardinals is the only one I know of for sure), but with the major difference between WC and division now, they changed it.
