Sources: HOU shows willingness to trade Pence; rival executives expect he will move. Braves have prospects to make deal happen; we'll see.
That would be really nice for the Braves.

Source: The Phillies would prefer to structure any of their Hunter Pence offers around Vance Worley.

Was hearing on local radio yesterday that the Sox are not at all seriously interested in Beltran, as they lead the Majors in most offensive categories and giving up a top prospect for a largely offensive addition seems pointless to them. So I'd say that's really a list of four interested teams and one team somebody threw in to stir up interest.
          *Is a huge fucking asshole*

There's speculation that Beltran doesn't want to go back to the AL anyways. He can block the trade.

B.J. Upton was pulled from Friday's game against the Royals in the eighth inning.
His exit didn't appear to be injury-related, so with Desmond Jennings a healthy scratch tonight with Triple-A Durham, it seems a trade might be on the horizon. Stay tuned.

Upton trade? RT @HighCheese: Brody Colvin, one of Phils three young pitching prospects, pulled after 3 strong innings at Clearwater...
also hearing possibly the Nats but that makes no sense

As to the Phillies getting Upton, my Phillies friend said: "Absolutely not"

I mean, they make zero sense. There's fuel on the fire because Brody Colvin was dealing and got yanked after 3 innings, and Valle was pulled from the same game.

They may be close on something else. I didn't ask. But it's not B.J.
