Yovani Gallardo had a no no deep into his game today as well.

Jaime Garcia almost had one yesterday, Tim Hudson threw a complete game one hitter shut out earlier in the week. Cliff Lee struck out 16 yesterday and in the same game Lowe had a no-no through 6.

Clearly all this is a sign for how Volstad will pitch tonight.

JP Arrencibia really had a great AB against Verlander in the 8th. He fouled off like a half dozen pitches and got Verlander to walk him on a 3-2 count. The 4th ball was juuuuuust outside and it was 100 MPH in th 8th, that just sick. You're right it has been a crazy week in pitching!

Jeter hit a HR, this is big news.
                    --------------------
It was off of Ryan Tucker too.
                    --------------------
He just hit another one, this one off of Arthur Rhodes.

                      Milton Bradley DFA'd.

I probably wouldn't, but he would upgrade Helms and probably Cousins/Petersen.

No greater feeling when you flip the ball from your glove and it goes exactly where you hoped it would and he did it behind the back.

                                Neat play

He then went on to continue hitting below a .600 OPS on the year
