You wouldn't do that. You'd change your connection settings to connect through a proxy that's located in a place where the game is not blacked out.

Yes.

I think that's only for FOX Saturday afternoon and ESPN Sunday night games, but not MLB Network/ESPN weeknight games. I was able to watch the ESPN feed of Giants @ Dodgers last night on MLB.TV.
