So they are the team willing to go 7 years with Lee. It would pretty weird seeing Lee in a Nationals uniform and not something I'd enjoy.

A possible deal sending Rays shortstop Jason Bartlett to the Orioles for outfielder/first baseman Nolan Reimold is heating up, tweets Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun. He has one source who expects the deal to happen today.

Cliff Lee has at least one 7 year offer for $20-25 mil (not the nats). #yankees have been intending to stay at 6 yrs tops. We'll see.
