I dont know why the Nats want more SP's. They've got a ton as it is.

They've got a ton of low ceiling guys who can't strike anyone out and aren't particularly great at keeping the ball in the yard. That worked for a John Lannan for a couple years, but the wheels finally came off this year, as they always do for those guys. Behind Strasburg, that organization could use some high ceiling arms.

That being said, Edwin Jackson is not what that team needs at 8.5 mil next year.

Lilly and Theriot to the Dodgers for Blake DeWitt and two minor leaguers.

A three-way between the Indians, Cardinals and Padres. Westbrook and cash goes to St. Louis, Ludwick to San Diego and the Padres are sending both teams a prospect a piece.

I can't believe they got McDonald AND Lambo for Dotel. Wow. Last year, Lambo was Manny's successor.
