  • American League: Eh, the Texas Rangers?

The season's biggest shocker thus far.

56-42, 2.5 back in the West

Runs Scored: 467 (11th in MLB)
Runs Allowed: 427 (4.16 ERA 11th?! in MLB)

Padilla and Feldman are having good seasons, but I can't see them keeping this pace with atleast half of their rotation being mediocre.

That being said, I can't see them not cracking the top 10 in runs scored, so that pace is bound to improve

The Giants came into this season with an amazing rotation and a mediocre line-up. Their record this far isn't shocking.

No one expected the Rangers to compete and here we are in late July and they're 14 over.

Calling the pre-season perception of the Giants line-up "mediocre" is being really nice.
