It's all about building stamina, I realize that, and '10 JJ should benefit greatly from this, but if a guy's going to come to the table looking for $70 million and he's never finished a season strong (and this is with us monitoring his innings from August on) you have to really be scared if you're the Marlins.

That said, I would still guarantee his 5th year if it came to it, and I know that it's now or never for signing him, but still, you have to be at least somewhat nervous.
