I would invest in the draft, international free agency, and player development so i dont have to go out and sign replacement level players for significant amounts of money.
Well sure that sounds good. But that's not what I was asking. Who - in our current situation (not some ideal "invest in the draft etc" situation - would you have gotten this offseason?
