What happened with realmuto/ozuna?

With Ozuna on 1B, Realmuto hit a HR to dead center that cleared the fence by about 5 feet.

Thinking it could be caught, Ozuna headed back to 1B to tag but didn't immediately start running to 2B when the ball cleared the wall (it was a little weird). Then, inexplicably, Realmuto passed Ozuna. And you know what happens when you pass the runner in front of you......

You're out.
