Koehler is going to get rocked. Good thing we have Flores up.

I have a question, how much veteran leadership do the Marlins, or any baseball team for that matter, need?

Dan Haren, Ichiro Suzuki, Michael Morse, Jeff Mathis, Mat Latos, Martin Prado, Don Kelly, Reid Brignac, Jeff Baker, Donovan Solano, Vin Mazzaro, and others have been talked about being up with the team for veteran leadership. In fact, it seems like any veteran they sign they seem to point to their leadership.

Giancarlo Stanton 2015: CRUSHING solo HR's and striking out.

For all the bitching everyone does about Giancarlo, he's tied for 15th in fWAR right now and actually has a higher wRC+ (131) than Dee Gordon (126).

Nobody's denying Stanton's obvious value, even in his current state. It's just frustrating that with one simple adjustment, (laying off sliders off the plate) he'd be the best player in the game, in my opinion.

I'm not talking about here. Have you read some of the stuff on Twitter?
