He played CF with the Yankees last year in a reserve role, he can do it. It's also probably to help keep Yelich fresh since the lineup can't really afford too many tired legs days off for him.

I'd rather know why he's batting 5th. Oh yeah, because the Marlins/Redmond simply swap out players in the lineup for their replacements. If Ozuna were scheduled to hit cleanup, Ichiro would be hitting cleanup.

Question for you who have watched more Miami Marlins games in 2013 and 2014 than me (so, like, everyone)...is it just me or does the ball only carry to RF? seemed like that in 2012, and seems that way this year...I'm curious if there's any data (but it'd be kind of hard to quantify).
