  • 4/22 The Fightin's Vs. The Braves

Everyone's favorite Cuban Jose Fernandez is going up against a guy simply known as A. Wood.

    Burning Questions:

    Will Dietrich Play?

Will the Marlins continue to be baffled by the concept of platooning?

Will Redmond wait to use Cishek until the 18th inning?

How come no one talks about the Braves pitiful attendance?

Why is Casey McGehee's name pronounced like McGee and not like Mc-Ghey-Hee (ala Willis)?

Find out all this and more, Tonight!

Wood is a lefty so no chance Dietrich starts

Is it a stretch to call this a Top 5 career start for Jose?

This organization's use of Jones shows such incredible lack of baseball knowledge it's frightening.

Unreal how good Jose is. The bullpen better not blow this one.

Agreed on the ATL attendance question
                  --------------------
Red may bring in Dietrich to pitch the 9th

Jose looks a little tired from STRIKING OUT ALL DOES GUISE so I'd let Ramos/Cishek close even with the shutout

I don't understand taking a guy out who has 14Ks and hasn't given up any runs through 8. So what if he throws a few more pitches? It's his game to lose. Especially in a 1-0 game

He's at 108 pitches, it's April. Let's not be stupid.

                          BigGame, stop. Common.

He was clearly laboring in the 8th.

Hopefully Cishek can close it out for Jose.
