that's one that is actually still open to scorer intrepretation though. double play is never assumed, but the scorer can still rule that the runner only scored because of the throwing error
the interpretation is supposed to be would the runner have scored if they had just beaten out the double play
I feel like that shouldn't apply though. I understand if Hech makes the error but in this case, one out is already accounted for and a good throw clearly beats the runner.
That should be the rule, but unfortunately it is not.
Then you reconstruct the inning, and the infield basehit would have scored the runner from third.
