Since I live in Atlanta now, I'm finally getting to see a game. At least they scored a run... I should be grateful for that I guess...
            --------------------
I like the Marlins' new philosophy: play for the one-run loss.

Any word on the number that crossed the turnstiles?
God would be expecting a first pitch breaking ball in the dirt because humans love to disappoint him.

The only reason to watch this team was just IBBed. Sigh.

he's been the worst hitter we've had so far

                  won't last obviously, but still

Yeah. His line looks pretty terrible. But watching him whiff is still pretty exciting for me.

Meh. You can't cry about everyone getting traded, not come to team functions and then swing at pitches three feet off the plate and have me not call you a fuckdick.

Of course he's going to be okay but fuck him until he starts hitting.

Our pitching has actually been pretty good. Imagine when it regresses.

I should also say that I would have really liked to see Fernandez pitch. Even more than watching Stanton whiff.

And I don't really care about him being a baby about the offseason. After they pulled the rug out from under him, I think he's justified in doing the bare minimum for the team.
