Observation: Luzardo was a tremendous acquisition.

As I've mentioned before, Marlins should have acquired Sean Manea from Oakland. Could have easily bettered San Diego's mini-package of Angeles and Martinez, who are now 10th and 22nd on Oakland's prospect list. Manea would have both added high quality depth to the rotation and the possibility of becoming a huge trade chip at the deadline.

Max Meyer ought to be the Marlins closer right now.

This is a huge swing game. Already a great job winning the series, but the great teams finish it off and sweep. 5 over going into 6 out of 10 games vs the dbacks would be nice

This needs to be the last game soler or Garcia hit anywhere higher than 6th in the lineup until they get it going. The other guys in this lineup are hhitting too well to stick with their shit. Anderson, Cooper, and wendle need to be towards the top of the lineup every day. Enough of this shit forcing them into the lineup. It’s been a month, they need to move down until they force their way back up. Too many potential rallies killed due to their ineptitude, terrible AB’s, and frequent strikeouts
