I'll believe the Marlins make the playoffs when it actually happens. They are perfectly capable of losing the rest of their games.
How embarassing are the thousand references that the Marlin broadcasters have made to Brian Anderson's three homer, seven rbi game. I was at the game in which Cody Ross hit three dingers and I assure you, he didn't any of them off of second basemen or left fielders. We have to be classier than this.Comment

that lineup in the 2nd game is ridiculous. im all for resting guys but there is a week left in the season. 7 more innings is not gonna kill anyone. rojas should be at SS every game, at this point brinson should be starting every game, and at this point they need to stop with joyce getting as much playing time as he has been. go with the 9 best guys.
Also, dugger cannot be on the postseason roster and braxton garrett isnt a major league pitcher at this point. If he is going to be throwing as softly as he has been he wont ever be a major leaguer. IDK if he is hurt or what but 90 MPH aint gonna cut it with his fastball.Comment

we're in great position to make it. magic number for us is 7 and a few of the teams on the periphery play each other. 3-4 will probably get it done but 4-3 and better has to be the goal.Comment

I said it last week. The 90mph fastball and only having a curve ball is not going to help Garret. He got lucky the first game.
Edward Cabrera is with the team in atlanta. Brinson is playing well, lets see if he can hold up.Comment

christ almighty mattingly is again batting joyce cleanup and not starting brinson. has anderson and cooper hitting behind joyce as well. just stupid regardless of the result tonight. just bad process. get your best hitters in there. Joyce has an ops of .726 against righties this year, he isnt some righty masher.Comment
