You're right, they should be retweeting the most interesting man in the world (which is what Frisaro is doing). Much better than letting us know about Stanton. Like if he's receiving treatment. If its his knee or the heat. If he's even in the clubhouse.

I've been covering the league this season. I've never once seen a beat reporter break any news about a player's injury during a game. And I follow literally every single beat reporter in the country.
They all get their injury info during games from the team PR. Every single one of them.
I get what you're trying to do. But it really doesn't work in this instance.
