I don't think so. Generally defensive indifference is given when that runner is unimportant in the game situation, therefore the defense let him go.

In that, he was being held on, got a good jump and got himself in scoring position in the early innings. Posey didn't throw through but I don't believe it's because they didn't care he got 2nd.
