Towing the rubber for the soon to be Miami Marlins is a very tall fellow named Volstad. He's got to be top-10 among starting pitchers in terms of height. He's a local boy from Palm Beach Gardens, so he's got that going for him too.
Opposing our very tall hurler is a fella named Gallardo. I don't need to give you fluff stats, he's tied for 3rd in the National League with 7 wins. I guess I'm not meant to look at wins in this day and age, but 7 is a mighty fine number at this point of the year.
