Well, while nobody hated him, in the predictions thread nobody except me thought he would even get to a .775 OPS (by the way, small pat on the back to myself, I almost nailed his triple slash line). Albeit with a very small amount of predictions, the site's collective opinion was he would have a .728 OPS, or in other words been an average bat for a 2nd baseman.

Expectations on this board could not have been lower for him. I don't think anyone hated him (except Todd), but nobody thought he'd even be capable of being a major league starter.

And now he has a .900+ OPS.



(And yes, I know he's not going to OPS .900+ ever. He's still the coolest. Deal with it.)
