    Spring Training: Marlins @ Astros, 1:05 Pm

    Today's lineup: 1. Emilio Bonifacio, cf; 2. Ozzie Martinez, ss; 3. Scott Cousins, rf; 4. Logan Morrison, dh; 5. Joe Thurston, 2b; 6. Matt Dominguez, 3b; 7. Bryan Petersen, lf; 8. Josh Kroeger, 1b; 9. Brad Davis, c; Pitching: Alex Sanabia

    Apparently, they don't want Coghlan taking two hour bus trips for two weeks so he's not here.

    I also have awesome seats. Front row as close to center as I can get. Just slightly to the third base side of home plate.

      And we're underway. The Astro left fielder couldn't see the ball Boner hit so it fell for a hit and Boner ends up on second.

          Wise is batting. Every game I've seen him play, I've heard someone say "this is the guy that caught that ball in the White Sox game".

              To be fair, this was more like Zephyrs vrs. Astros than Marlins vrs. Astros. Only LoMo and Dominguez are projected everyday starters (and Dominguez is still not a lock). Bonifacio, Webb and Choate will make the team and then the only other person who should make the team is whoever wins the fourth outfielder battle between Cousins and Petersen. You know it's bad when one of the vendors asked me if the Marlins brought a split squad today.

              That said, Cousins is looking really good. I'm rooting for him to win the 4th outfielder spot.

              Oh, and Hugg, I sat by a couple from Columbus Ohio at the game. I thought of you.
