it's not that he didn't come through. the mets announcers were saying that he stood and watched the ball and didn't run out of the box. i didn't see a replay, and the mets announcers are dumb, so that could be wrong. but if he stood, watched, and got thrown out, people gon be pissed and call him lazy and a cancer and all that shit again.

It looked like it might have been foul and he wouldn't have beaten it out regardless, he was husseling down the line too.
