                  What happened to Bob Carpenter? Did he finally just kill himself? I thought he was still with the Nationals but that guy always thought the Nats were a legitimate title contender and by the end of May he was positively inconsolable. It was the closest thing to Major League that I've heard.

                        for someone with arm/elbow issues in the past, I don't mind that decision

                              I'm not saying let him get the 6th, but Pudge is pitchable.

                              I think there's something kind of demoralizing about not letting a starting pitcher finish the 5th. Not a huge deal either way though.
