Anibal got slapped around in the second. It started with 4 straight hits, a walk and a 2 RBI double to the pitcher Jon Niese. He also walked a second batter and gave up another run on a groundout before the inning was over. Mets scored 5 runs on 5 hits and 2 walks that inning.

We respond by batting around in the top of the 3rd. Anibal made the first and last outs of the inning. In between, Petersen singled, Maybin reached on an error (he was also replaced by Boner after reaching 3rd base. Don't know what that's about), Hanley doubled, Cantu singled, Uggla walked, Baker singled and Luna walked. We jump back in the game with 4 runs on 4 hits, two walks and an error.
Mets up 5-4 in the 3rd. Let's see if Anibal settles down.
