Also, none of those guys have actually played for the Marlins yet.
If we're talking about guys currently on the team, I'd have to say Rojas, but I wouldn't be absolutely devastated if he were traded at some point this year. Such is the state of the team right now. Minors are much more interesting than anything going on at the major league level.
They will all be Marlins sometime in August/early September. If I have to stick to the rule, I'd go with Jazz as the cover photo on the 2021 official program. No love for our pitching staff from ZIPS or Steamer over at Fangraphs. No starter with a projected ERA beneath 4.00. My favorite opening day lineup for 2021 would be Monte, Jazz, Anderson, L Diaz, Cooper, J Sanchez, Encarnacion, Vidal Brujan (acquired from Tampa Bay for C. Smith, Brad Boxberger, and J. Villar in August) and Daulton Varsho (acquired from Arizona for Jose Urena or S Alcantara, C. Dickerson, and M. Rojas in August as well.)
Hands down, it's Rojas. He has put his heart & soul into the team the last two years, gone beyond his contract to reach fans on different social media platforms, and has grown as a player & as a human being. I think he could future manager or front office executive if he wants it. He just has that vibe about him.
