What type of pitcher is this kid? What pitches does he have in his arsenal?

sinking fastball, a slurvelike pitch and an improving change

Sanabia is dirty. Nice guy too, hes' from Cali, always calling people dude and bro. I dunno if he is in the Marlins long-term plans, but he will get a 40-man spot this off-season, if not sooner. I think he's this year's Cristhian Martinez but younger and better.

So then what you're saying is he's not Martinez at all.

Ok ya, that made no sense at all lol. Sanabia is good, I just don't know if he's long term.

Does anyone know how fast he is throwing in Jax?

I want a 92 fastball. I will be sad if it is 88.

Ramp has said low 90s in a few of his prospect reports, and I have seen it once or twice in BA reports. But I've also seen guys saying he was throwing mid/high 80s (late last year, could have tired).

I just want to know generally if he's projectionable, or Petit and out controlling guys.

BA overlooks guys sometimes, but out of the top 30. Something doesn't add up.

                              He took his first loss today. Still a great start. 7 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 3 K. ERA still under 2 (1.81).
