Figure it's only a few months away, and there will probably be news and reports about it, so let's let this thread be the clearinghouse for all such items.

I will be attempting to acquire 3 seats for the HR Derby OR 3 seats for the ASG. Not both.


Not paying $2K-$3K to guarantee myself 3 seats to both.

Yeah, not going to spend money on season tickets to guarantee seats for a team that's not going anywhere. I'd rather pay $300-400 for an aftermarket ticket.

So tickets for ASG in Sec 326 are $460. We all know that no one has season tickets in Sec 326. So who is selling those ASG seats on Stub Hub? The Marlins?

I thought your second sentence meant that the coaches were nothing but marlins player development personnel and I honestly wondered why any team would let their prospects, especially their pitching prospects, get anywhere near anyone in the marlins organization based on how terrible they are at their jobs.

And id guess Anderson would be our representative at the futures game. Nelson seems way too young and not close enough to a top prospect to get into this game. Even if he is one of our top position prospects, he is nowhere near a top 100 prospect as of now.

Top 100 prospect list is highly based on potential. It's very possible Nelson's potential now surpasses Anderson's.

No clue why Guerrero is on it(Probably because game is in Miami) and Anderson was chosen over Nelson

What section are you in.

Ticket prices are plummeting. Only in Miami would this happen.


Sometimes living in an incredibly shitty sports town is beneficial to ones wallet.


I imagine I will be somewhere between Sec 320 and 327.

I've been keeping an eye on prices. Last week they were at least $300 each for both the game and derby. Today they were down in the $100-something range.

I'm game. I won't be at the ASG but I'm 90% sure I'll be at the Derby.
