    Greetings:

Traveling to Detroit and will catch the series with Tigers. We thought it might be nice to stay at the team to let the kids maybe see a player in lobby, etc. My guess some suburb, Auburn Hills, Farmington,etc.. Does anyone have information on this topic? Thank you.

This info used to be available in the media guide. Not sure if it still is or not.

I know some NL cities-but not Detroit as they usually don't travel up that way alot. I would guess to look for a nice hotel connected to or next to the stadium.

The announcers actually mentioned the SD hotel a night or 2 ago. Omni Hotel-it connects to Petco

According to some people they say that the hotel players stay at is

Westin Book Cadillac Hotel(NOT 100% tho)

Probably the Red Roof Inn or Motel 6(after Loria asked if leaving the light on for you cost extra, of course).

Motel 6 .. Funny- yeah Weston Book is close +-.5 miles, that's a short bus ride for the team. Maybe Ichiro will jog there- lol
