If Realmuto is going to start 120 games, Telis doesn't get enough AB to develop? I like the idea of Telis being the 3rd catcher and getting hopefully 500PA next year, but I don't like that the guy in front of him is Mathis.

But if this was done because they don't like Telis anymore, yea Dyson is kinda pretty good and that was dumb.

Think it was more to give Telis steady time in AAA and still have a backup then anything else. That plus the pitchers love Mathis-can't hit off a tee but can call a game

Not a Mathis fan but Telis is still 24 and in all honesty prolly could use steady playing time and more time behind the plate instead of catching on just Sundays

Ege looks like a nice arm too but hard for him to get a look. Lazo,Strong,Nappo,Ege,Reed all LRP in AAA
