The last thing we need right now is another Heath Bell-esque train wreck at the end of games that totally derails early season momentum

The hits against Cishek last night were fluky and his first outing was in an odd situation where the Marlins were down 7 or 8 runs and he just needed to get work in.

I wouldn't be overly concerned yet.

They probably have the same run production rate with the bases loaded and no outs as the average MLB team but let's not let facts get in the way.
